Refund policy

At Muddy Feet, quality matters. If we make an error, we’ll make it right.

If a mistake occurs on your mat due to an error on our part (including spelling or production faults), we will repaint the same design of equal value and dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible.

Custom Orders

All custom mats are printed exactly as submitted in the custom text box at checkout.

Please carefully review your spelling, grammar, and layout before placing your order.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where errors were entered incorrectly by the customer.

As each mat is made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

30-Day Defective Claims

If your mat arrives damaged, faulty, or not as approved, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To lodge a claim, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the fault

Once assessed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where required.

Claims made outside of 30 days may not be accepted unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping & Delivery

We prioritise fast production and dispatch.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.

We are unable to provide refunds for delivery delays. For tracking updates or transit enquiries, please contact the courier directly.

If your parcel is officially declared lost in transit, please contact us. Once the courier claim has been approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Natural Coir Characteristics

Our mats are made from 100% natural coir.

As a natural fibre product, slight variations in colour, fibre density, texture, or small coconut tufts within the weave may occur. These characteristics are normal and are not considered faults.

Each mat is individually selected to meet our quality standards. Minor natural variations may still be present and are part of the character of genuine coir.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
